1. Introduction
Welcome to Difrika Country Resort. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. We require a deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Please contact us for group booking cancellation policies.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest who is disruptive, destructive, or violates our policies.
5. Liability
Difrika Country Resort is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property of guests. We encourage guests to secure their valuables. Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
